TUNA LOAF 
3 cans tuna
1 can cream of celery soup
1 beaten egg
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper (opt.)
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix well. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
