WATERGATE CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding
3/4 c. vegetable oil
3 eggs
1 can 7 Up (room temperature)
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut (Angel flake)

Mix all ingredients well with mixer. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes before removing. Let cook before frosting.

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. Dream Whip
1 (3 oz.) box instant pistachio pudding
1 1/4 c. milk

Beat with mixer on high until spreading consistency spread on cake.
