1 box white cake mix
1 box instant pistachio pudding
1 c. oil
1 c. 7-Up
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together above ingredients and bake in greased 9x13 pan for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool.

ICING:

1 box instant pistachio pudding
2 packs Dream Whip
1 1/2 c. milk

Beat until stiff. Spread over cooled cake.
