GUNNING'S CRAB CAKES 
5 lbs. lump crabmeat
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Old Bay seasonings
5 eggs
5 tbsp. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 c. crackers, crushed
Worcestershire sauce

Set oven to broil. Spread crabmeat on flat pan. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Form 16 cakes. Broil 4" to 5" from flame, about 3 minutes. Allow 2 per person. Serves 8. (From Bunnings Crab House, Baltimore, MD.)
