3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 tbsp. vanilla

Mix above ingredients all together. Place in casserole and cover with topping. Bake in 350 degree oven until firm, about 20-25 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. butter
1 c. walnuts, chopped fine
1/3 c. flour

Mix ingredients and spread over top of cake.
