MOMMA'S BANANA BREAD 
This recipe is very moist and the brown sugar makes the difference!

2 cups light brown sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
3 large very ripe bananas, mashed
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mash bananas with fork large bowl. Melt butter and allow to cool. Pour all ingredients into the bowl and stir until all combined well. Pour into greased large loaf pan.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes or until completely done in center and brown.
