DANIEL'S BARBECUE FLAPJACKS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. Kraft barbecue sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
9 1/2 oz. can Hungry Jack biscuits
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large frying pan, brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Stir in barbecue sauce and Tabasco. Simmer while preparing crust. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. Place in ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan; press together over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crust. Spread hot meat mixture over dough; sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
