SPINACH CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained well
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 egg
1 tsp. chopped onion

Mix all ingredients well. Place in greased casserole. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Can be made ahead of time and stored in refrigerator before baking.
