1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs (cinnamon grahams are best)
2 eggs
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together butter, sugar and crumbs, press into 9-inch pie pan, set aside. Mix eggs, cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar and vanilla in small bowl. Beat on high at least 5 minutes. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Cool about an hour.

Mix together sour cream, sugar and vanilla until smooth, spread over pie top. Return to preheated oven and bake 5 minutes. Refrigerate thoroughly before serving. Better than Sara Lee!
