CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. orange juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
2 c. zucchini, shredded and drained

Use 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Mix ingredients in order as given. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 c. milk
4 tbsp. flour

Cook this until it thickens, stir constantly, let cool.

Mix:

1/2 c. shortening
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar

Beat together, add pinch of salt and add milk mixture and beat until fluffy. Add vanilla. Spread on cake. The cake recipe can be baked in loaf pan for bread.
