CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI CAKE 
4 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. salad oil
3 squares semi-sweet chocolate, melted
3 c. grated zucchini
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. ground nuts

Beat eggs, add sugar, oil and cooled melted chocolate. Beat well; add grated zucchini; add dry ingredients and blend in nuts. Pour in large bundt pan that has been greased well and dusted with flour. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour and 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Cool. Frost with Chocolate Chip Frosting.

CHOCOLATE CHIP FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chocolate chips

Combine sugar, milk and butter. Bring just to a boil. Remove from heat. Add 1 cup chips; stir a few minutes until it starts to thicken. Spread on cake. Do not boil after adding chips or frosting will get hard on the cake.
