WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA CRUST 
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. each: oil, sugar, oregano, basil
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour

Dissolve yeast in water and add other ingredients, then flour. Knead 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl and let rise 45 minutes or until doubled. Divide in half and put in 2 pans. Bake at 450 degrees for 4 - 7 minutes or until brown.
