WHISKEY CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
1 box lemon or vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/4 c. cooking oil
1 oz. whiskey or rum
1 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts

GLAZE:

1/4 c. butter or melted butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. whiskey

Cake: Combine all the ingredients except the nuts. Beat in large bowl at high speed 4 minutes. Add nuts. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for an hour.

Glaze: Let ingredients boil until you get a golden glaze. After cake is cool, make 5 or 6 slits with knife. Pour the glaze into the slits.
