PORK CUTLETS 
Flour 6 pork cutlets and brown quickly in 2 tablespoons cooking oil. In blender put:

1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. water
1/2 stalk celery, cut fine
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 onion, diced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar

Blend until well mixed. Pour over cutlets, cover and simmer on low heat for approximately 1 hour. Add a little water if necessary.
