PORK CUTLETS 
6 pork chops (med. thickness)
1 onion, finely chopped
6 strips bacon, chopped
1/2 lb. Hungarian sausage
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 tbsp. Hungarian paprika
Salt to taste

Brown the pork chops, remove then fry finely minced onions. Put chops into the saucepan with the onions and season with paprika and salt. Add green peppers and tomatoes (canned tomatoes may be used).

Pour in a very little water and stew with the lid on. Before the meat is tender in another saucepan, fry bacon, add sausage.

Mix with the pork chops and stew until quite tender at very low heat. Approximately 40 minutes. Serve with cooked potatoes.
