PORK CUTLETS 
6 pork chops
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Oil

Bone pork chops; pound to 1/4 inch thickness. Beat eggs with 1/4 cup water in bowl. Dip cutlets in egg mixture; coat with crumbs. Brown in oil in skillet. Yield: 6 servings.
