PORK AND LONG SQUASH 
1 lb. lean pork
1 long squash
1 round onion
1 sm. piece garlic
1 can mushroom soup
Vegetable oil
Water

Chopped into small pieces the lean pork, the long squash and round onion. Put oil in the saucepan and saute the garlic and lean pork. Cook for awhile and put little water not to burn. Afterward put the long squash. Cook little longer and put the mushroom soup and cook until the squash is tender.
