ZUCCHINI SQUASH NUT BREAD 
2 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated squash

Mix all together.

2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3 c. flour

Add flour mixture to egg mixture; mix all well.

Bake at 325°F for about 70 minutes or until done.
