ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
1 can peas, drained or 10 oz. frozen peas, cooked
2 hard cooked eggs, chopped
2 med. dill pickles, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. dill weed (optional)
1/2 tsp. paprika (optional)
1/2 tsp. dry mustard (optional)

Mix all ingredients together. Chill overnight before serving.
