ENGLISH PEA SALAD 
1 can green beans
1 can Niblets corn
1 can English peas
1 sm. jar pimento
1 c. celery
1 bunch green onions
1 purple onion
1 bell pepper
1 carrot
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. sugar

Drain vegetables. Bring to boil vinegar, oil, water, salt, pepper and sugar. Cool, pour over vegetables. Let marinate overnight.
