JOHNSON STIR FRY 
2 pkgs. Top Ramen noodles
1 1/2 c. boneless, cut up chicken or pork
Several cups of cut up vegetables: Water chestnuts, celery, broccoli, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes, cabbage
Green onion
Sliced or slivered almonds
Sesame seed oil
Teriyaki sauce
Soy sauce
Lemon Mrs. Dash

Saute meat in vegetable oil. Drain. Add a little sesame seed oil and toss in vegetables and almonds (reserve tomatoes and onions). Sprinkle with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce and lemon Mrs. Dash. Stir often.

Add noodles to boiling water, cook 2 minutes. Drain, rinse in cold water. Move vegetables and meat to edge of pan. Dump drained noodles into center of pan. Top with tomatoes, onions and seasoning mix. Cover and cook for several minutes. Serves 2 adults and 1 child.
