CHICKEN STIR - FRY 
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. basil
2 tbsp. chicken bouillon granules
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. oil
2 lg. whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned, cubed
3 med. zucchini, thinly sliced
3 med. tomatoes, cut in eighths
Chow mein noodles or rice
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 clove minced garlic
1 c. minced celery

Combine flour, bouillon granules, salt, basil and oregano in 3/4 cup cold water. In skillet or wok, stir-fry celery, onion and garlic in hot oil until tender- crisp. Remove from skillet. Stir-fry chicken, half at a time, 3 to 4 minutes. Add zucchini, stir-fry 5 minutes. Add bouillon mixture and tomatoes, cook and stir until bubbly. Add chicken and onion mixture. Cook 1 minute longer. Serve with chow mein noodles or rice.
