CHICKEN STIR FRY 
1 pkg. chicken strips, cut up
1 onion
1/2 - 1 whole green pepper
Season salt or garlic
Carrots, broccoli, celery, squash (optional), tomatoes (optional), mushrooms and any other vegetable.
1 c. water if needed
Soy sauce if desired
Rice

Cut up chicken strips and put into wok. Cook with onion and green pepper; season with season salt and garlic. After chicken is browned, add desired vegetables. Stir fry on medium heat until vegetables are tender. If needed, add 1 cup water. Can also season with soy sauce. When vegetables are tender and ready to eat, pour over rice and serve. Makes 4 to 8 servings, depending on how much meat and vegetables are cooked.
