4 pork chops 1 lb. shrimp 1 med. onion, chopped 3 celery sticks chopped 2 bok choy leaves, chopped 1 c. cauliflower 1 green pepper, chopped 1/2 red pepper, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 2 pkg. Top Ramen noodles Cut up pork chops, cook slowly. Add onion, celery, bok choy, and cauliflower, stirring continuously at high for 1 minute. Add green and red pepper, cook 1 minute. Add shrimp, cook 1 minute or until shrimp is done. Stir in tomatoes. Meantime, cook Top Ramen noodles, drain and add package of seasoning. Place on platter with vegetables in middle and noodles around edge. Garnish with quartered boiled eggs and parsley. |
