STIR FRIED TURKEY AND VEGETABLES 
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. corn starch
1 c. julienne - cut, boneless turkey breast
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. broth
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
3 carrots diagonally sliced
Hot cooked rice or chow mein noodles
1/2 to 1 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. diagonally sliced broccoli
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
Minced garlic, optional

In medium bowl stir together sugar, corn starch, ginger, garlic and soy sauce; add turkey and marinate 30 minutes in refrigerator. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large skillet in large skillet or wok over high heat.

Add turkey (not marinate) and fry until white - remove turkey. Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil - add broccoli, carrots, onion, and green pepper; stir fry approximately 10 minutes.

Add broth, butter, turkey continue stir frying until vegetables are slightly tender, add mushrooms; stir fry until mushrooms are crisp tender. Serve with rice. Serves 4.
