CUCUMBER SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. vinegar (white)
1/2 tsp. dill
1 c. sour cream
1 c. grated cucumber, drained

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Drain pineapple. add water to juice to make one cup. Add to gelatin along with salt, dill and vinegar. Chill until like syrup. Fold in sour cream, cucumber and pineapple. Chill until firm.
