CHEESE WAFERS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. sharp cheddar, grated
1/2 tsp. red pepper
Dash of salt
1 c. finely chopped pecans

Blend in mixer. Shape into rolls the size of a half dollar. Wrap in waxed paper or food wrap. Refrigerate. Slice into 1/4 inch wafers. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Makes several dozen.
