16 oz. cream cheese softened at room temperature
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can pie filling, cherry or blueberry
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar

Mix together for 5 minutes at high speed. Place cake liners in muffin tin. Place 1 vanilla wafer in each liner. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Garnish with the canned fruit. Makes about 5 dozen.
