1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 can apple pie filling
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all together and bake in greased and floured sheet cake pan. Cook at 350 degrees until done. Put Cool Whip or whipped cream on top. Cut in squares. Caramel icing is good on this cake.
