1 pkg. Duncan Hines spice cake mix
2 lg. apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
3 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. Stir all ingredients in a large bowl with a spoon until well blended. Divide batter evenly into pans. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool loves in pan for about 2 hours before removing.
