1 pkg. Duncan Hines spices cake mix
2 lg. apples, peeled, cored and finely chopped
3 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. water
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 (9 x 5 inch) loaf pans.

Stir all ingredients in a large bowl with a spoon until well blended. Divide batter evenly into pans. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool loaves in pan for abut 2 hours before removing.
