CHEESE CUPCAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
5 eggs

Cream sugar and cheese; add vanilla and 1 egg at a time. Use cupcake papers and fill 1/2-2/3 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes; let cool 15 minutes. Put in the refrigerator and cool well. Top with sour cream (1/2 pint of sour cream and 1/3 cup sugar); add a cherry to top of each cupcake.
