QUICK RICE CASSEROLE 
1 1/3 c. Minute Rice (uncooked)
1 (10 oz.) can beef consomme
1/3 stick butter
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic salt

Grease well a 1 quart casserole. Pour in rice and sprinkle with salts. Dot with butter. Pour consomme over this. Cover tightly with foil; bake at 350-375 for 30 minutes or until all liquid is absorbed. Remove foil and fluff with fork. Serves 4-6.
