REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 or 2 cans (12 oz.) corned beef
1 (16 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
1/2 c. Thousand Island
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 c. grated Swiss cheese
4 c. rye bread, cubed
1/4 c. melted butter

Butter 9 by 13 pan. Layer ingredients in order given. Mix dressing and mayonnaise. Cover with foil Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer until cheese is melted and bread toasty. I use double the sauerkraut.
