STOVETOP REUBEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sliced corned beef
1 (14 oz.) can sauerkraut
5 Swiss cheese slices
1 tbsp. caraway seeds
2 tbsp. Thousand Island dressing

Drain sauerkraut and place in wide pan on stove, on low-medium heat.

Chop corned beef into small pieces. Add to sauerkraut on stove.

Add caraway seeds.

Stir in Thousand Island dressing. Heat mixture through.

Cover the surface of the mixture with the Swiss cheese.

Put in oven to broil for five minutes.
