COTTAGE CHEESE PINEAPPLE MOLD 
2 pkgs. lemon Jello
2 med. cans crushed pineapple, drained (save liquid)
2 lbs. cottage cheese
2 pkgs. Dream Whip (1 lg. box) prepared according to pkg. directions

Dissolve Jello in boiling water (1 scant cup). Chill. Mash cheese with pastry blender. Add 1 cup pineapple juice. Add pineapple. Fold in Dream Whip. Oil mold lightly for easy removal. Don't dip in hot water. Use knife to loosen.
