COOL VEGGIE AND NOODLE SALAD 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
2 grated carrots (fresh)
1 can or pkg. frozen peas (green)
1 pkg. elbow or shell macaroni
1 bottle Ranch dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
Bacon bits (if desired)

Cook broccoli and cauliflower as on directions. Cook grated carrots for about 10 to 15 minutes in water. Cook macaroni for desired time. After all ingredients are cooked, cool with running water. Put in a large bowl. Pour Ranch dressing on and stir until well blended. Season to taste. Cool in refrigerator.

Serve with bacon bits and cheese (if desired).
