VEGGIE SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, cut in pieces
1 head broccoli, cut in pieces
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp & crumbled
2 tsp. onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, chopped

DRESSING:

2 c. mayo
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. finely chopped onion

Mix all veggies and bacon together. Let stand in refrigerator. Mix dressing, pour over at least 1 hour before serving.
