OVERNIGHT VEGGIE SALAD 
1 can corn, green peas, French style beans (drained)
1 c. chopped celery, onion, vinegar
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 oz. pimiento, cut
1 1/2 c. sugar
Salt to taste
1/2 c. salad oil
2 tsp. water
1/2 tsp. paprika

Mix veggies and salt. Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, water and paprika. Mix until sugar dissolves. Pour liquid over veggies. Chill 24 hours. Keeps for 2 weeks.
