FROZEN ROCKY ROAD SANDWICHES | |
1 (4 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding 1 1/2 c. milk 2 c. thawed Cool whipped creme topping 1/2 c. semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows 1/3 c. chopped nuts 18 graham crackers Prepare pudding according to package directions using 1 1/2 cups milk. Fold in whipped topping, chips, marshmallows and nuts. Arrange 9 crackers on bottom of dish or pan. Spread pudding mixture evenly over crackers. Top with remaining crackers. Freeze until firm, about 4 to 6 hours. To serve, cut into 9 squares. |
