1 box orange cake mix
1/3 C applesauce
4 egg whites
1 small box orange Jell-o
1 C boiling water

Topping:

1 C skim milk
1 -8 oz container fat free whipped topping
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1 tsp. orange extract
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix cake mix with egg whites and applesauce. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes. While cake is still hot, mix gelatin with boiling water and pour over cake. Let cool completely. Mix remaining ingredients and spoon over cake. Refrigerate until pudding sets before serving.
