LEMON JELLO CAKE 
1 yellow or lemon cake mix
4 eggs
1/3 c. lemon Jell-O (dry)
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. water

Glaze:

2 c. confectioners sugar
lemon juice

Mix all cake ingredients.

Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 350°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and poke holes all over the top with meat fork. Put 2 cups confectioners sugar in bowl. Pour in a small amount of lemon juice and mix until a little soupy. Pour over hot cake; it should form a glaze.
