1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 (6 oz.) pkg. noodles 1 medium green pepper 1 medium onion 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 lb. Velveeta cheese Brown ground beef. Add chopped green pepper and onion and simmer for 10 minutes. Add tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes. Add cream of mushroom soup and simmer for 3 minutes. Pour over cooked, drained noodles. Chop cheese and melt into this. |
