1 (5 oz.) pkg. noodles 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1/2 stalk celery, chopped 1 can tomato soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 8 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed Boil noodles for 10 minutes. Drain. Cook ground beef, onion, pepper, and celery. Drain. Warm soups and cheese until cheese melts. Mix all ingredients together. Grease sides of casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350°F for 30 minutes. |
