RUSSIAN CABBAGE SOUP 
1 1/2 lb. lean beef
1 lg. head cabbage
1 lg. tomato, quartered
1 lg. onion, sliced
1/2 lb. fat pork
2 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
5 c. stock or water

Simmer several hours. Slice meat and garnish with sour cream.
