MARINATED BONELESS BEEF RIBS WITH RICE | |
Simple but very very delicious! 2 1/2 lb. beef rib meat all-purpose flour 1 medium onion, diced 3 cups water 1 cup rice (I like Texmati) MARINADE: 1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. beef stew seasoning mix (I use McCormick) salt and coarsely ground pepper garlic powder chili powder paprika ground thyme seasoned salt (Lawry's) olive oil Add marinade ingredients to Ziploc bag. Coat meat and marinate overnight in refrigerator. After ribs have marinated in refrigerator for 24 hours add olive oil to large skillet and brown meat in pan with diced onions after lightly coating with flour. Add 3 cups of water and simmer very low for 2 hours. Cook rice per directions (Texmati long grain is the best). Pour meat over rice on plate and enjoy! Submitted by: Jay Wilkening |
