BEST ZUCCHINI EVER 
This is a real "winner" of a recipe. Simple, good for entertaining. Always gets me compliments, even from zucchini HATERS.

Slice 3 or 4 medium zucchinies into strips about the size of slightly large carrot sticks; put in oven baking dish. Pour over: 1/2 pint unwhipped whipping cream. Cover with 1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese (do NOT use the Parmesan in the green cardboard can, will not work!!)

Put in oven. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Turn on broiler. Broil briefly just until top bubbling and golden brown.

The whipping cream forms a "custard" and the Parmesan melts and adds a "salty" undertaste to the "sweet, creamy" cream taste. It is terrific with roasts, (beef, pork, lamb) and hamburgers, or even for potlucks!
