3 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 c. powdered sugar
2 boxes vanilla pudding
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lb. pkg. Oreos
Gummy worms

Cream together cream cheese and butter; add powdered sugar. Make pudding; add Cool Whip when set. Combine with cream cheese mixture. Crush Oreos and layer with pudding mixture starting and ending with cookies. This is fun when put in a clean new clay pot, putting gummy worms throughout and stick plastic flowers on top.
