CHRISTINA'S ITALIAN MEATBALLS
WITH SPAGHETTI
 
3 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. spaghetti
4 tbsp. raisins
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. milk
1 piece of loaf bread
1 can tomato Ragu
Salt & pepper to taste
1 egg

Mix in a bowl the ground beef, raisins, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, egg, milk, loaf bread, salt and pepper; mix well. Make medium size meatballs (10 to 12). Cook meatballs in oil. When done, place with Ragu, cook over low heat, around 10 minutes. Pour over cooked spaghetti.
