HARVARD BEETS 
2 c. cooked diced beets
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix sugar and flour, add vinegar and water. Cook until thick. Add salt and butter, then diced beets, reheat.
